Happy Friday! – South African Food Festival
This past Thursday August 24th, the Sheraton Hotel hosted a South African Food Festival. Capetown chefs Jerome Jansen y Cameron Giles prepared a braided snoek with glazed nectarines, crab bisque, lamb bobotie and finished with a wide selection of desserts including an Amarula mouse.
