Sette Bacco, Ristorante Italiano

Italian food is an argentine passion. Without a doubt, one of our favorite cuisines and part of our own culinary heritage. It is no surprise that Buenos Aires has amazing Italian food.
This week Vero Mariani of Alma Singer recommends Sette Bacco, offering Italian classics from a classic locale. Located in the time-honored neighborhood of Recoleta, Sette Bacco’s brick walls, tall ceilings and traditional decor create the perfect setting for a quite meal.
Chef and proprietor, Daniel Hansen, holds true to the classic recipes, without forgetting his argentine heritage and making the most of what Argentina’s bounty. Famous for our beef, it is easy to forget that our wheat if one the finest worldwide, therefore yielding amazing pasta! I think I already know where my next Italian meal will be. The dish I can’t wait to taste, Panzerotti di Agnello, a lamb filled pasta, with tasty tomato fonduta, a slow cooked tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes.
